Magnesium and Afib

Atrial Fibrillation and Magnesium

I had a lot… of PAC’s (premature atrial complexes) after my THREE ablations.  Sometimes the unsteady beats had me fearful my Afib had returned.  I tried magnesium and was amazed with the result, a drop off of flutters by over 90%.  I use magnesium taurate as I found the cheaper magnesium oxide upset my stomach – all I’ll say about that.

I suggest a magnesium regimen to tame the flutters, it can’t hurt and there are many additional benefits to the extra magnesium.  The magnesium was so effective I only wish I had tried the higher dosage – AT LEAST 1000MG a day BEFORE my ablations, I wonder if it would have helped.
