Does A Cardioversion Help With AFib? Yes, it does
– MAYBE –
In this video, Dr. Afib discusses some tips and common questions regarding why patients with atrial fibrillation can see positive results with a Cardioversion.
Well – I just had a cardioversion.
I have had about four of these in my 12 year battle with what was “permanent afib.” Mine turned out to be fixable and after my three ablations, I had had a run of normal heart rate that lasted the last six years.
Then after an unfortunate battle with some high fructose corn syrup my afib came back…
Only time will tell if this cardioversion holds – so far so good.
I told my doctor I only need it to last about another 30 years (I’m 63) and I’ll be a satisfied customer.
