    can an enlarged heart cause atrial fibrillation? ?

    I need to know which book did you refer to? because in Davidson’s Principle
    and Practice of Medicine, Afib is categorized under atrial arrhythmias and
    not supraventricular. plus, what is actually atrial spasms? not really
    getting it.thank you?
